Here's something that's been boggling me ever since I started working
with my client's Flyer system....how do I access the Setup screen?  Does
a Setup even exist anymore in Toaster 4.0?

With regards to the previous problem we've been having ("Audio drive not
available") I convinced my client to try buying a larger Audio drive
based upon the numerous responses I received suggesting this...hopefully
it will solve the problem, otherwise I just convinced this guy drop
another grand into his Flyer for nothing!
